Premature aging as we know it is caused by four main problems:
1. Chronic Inflammation
2. A build-up of Fibrous Tissue
3. Thickening of blood
4. Weakening of the Immune System
The causes of these problems have been identified as a deficiency of ENZYMES (a 70 year old has only 25% of the enzymes present in the intestinal tract than that of a 20 year old). That means that only 25% of the nutrients being eaten are actually absorbed properly from the food being eaten. Did you know that 75% of the body’s ability to fight disease is in the gut? Enzymes help promote the proper nutrient absorption as well as proper pH balance of the intestines. As enzymes are crucial for a healthy regenerating system, any deficiency in the body and absorbtion, will result in premature body aging.
A brief explanation of these active problems is:
Studies now show that chronic inflammation is a main factor for both disease and aging. This inflammation is the result of diet/lifestyle such as breads, pastry, biscuits, breakfast cereals, potatoes, rice, pasta, overcooked foods, micro-waved foods, irradiated foods, insufficient vegetables and fruits, stress, toxins and drugs. The amount of inflammation can be tested by biochemical markers such as C-Reactive Proteins in the blood; the higher the level the more chance of disease. Almost each week, we see another study showing that a major factor in disease and aging is inflammation. How can enzymes help?
Changes in lifestyle like regular exercise, taking an anti-inflammatory enzyme such as the one called Serrapeptase, along with digestive enzymes before each meal, will increase the absorption of nutrients and allow you to have proper digestion. This simple improvement will do wonders to your overall health and immune system.
2. Fibrotic build-up
Too much fibrous tissue can become the fuel for Atherosclerosis (plaque that clogs arteries). In blood vessels, it causes thrombosis or blood clots; in breast tissue, fibrocystic breast disease and in the uterus, fibroids. Proteolytic enzymes, such as Serrapeptase, have been shown in studies to dissolve away these fibrous tissues and even scar tissue, relieving the inflammation and lowering the associated pain.
3. Blood thinning
There are broadly two reasons for ‘thick’ blood: Chronic inflammation can cause blood cells to ‘clump’ together; and an excess of dead (necrotic) and other matter in the blood will cause thickening of the blood. Unlike blood thinners, enzymes clear the inflammation, eat away dead and other matter in the blood and as a result, lower blood thickness. Aspirin lowers the amount of blood clumping but not without side effects, such as producing hemorrhage or stomach bleeding. Proteolytic enzymes will not do that in any dosage. If the enzymes have something to work on, they will, and if they don’t then nothing happens and they will be excreted from the body.
4. Immune system support
The white blood cells are in charge of destroying pathogenic (or dangerous) germs in our system. Enzymes also keep the system clear of non-vital proteins to stop their use by germs to ‘hide’ from the white blood cells. The more free enzymes we have in our body, the stronger our immune system becomes.
Start with 1-2 Tablets of Serrapeptase x 3 times per day on an empty stomach, as a preventative inflammatory (better and safer than aspirin).
Recommended to counteract all these anti-aging issues is:
Take 2-4 Serrapeptase daily as a preventative inflammatory (better and safer than aspirin).
A digestive enzyme complex to keep your digestive system healthy and to ensure complete enzyme support, to be taken before each meal.
Probiotics – at least 9 strains of friendly flora to keep your digestive system healthy, to aid digestion and prevent food poisoning.
Water is essential for good health and filtered water is better than bottled. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks are not replacements for pure water. They can in many cases add to the health problem. Take 2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar (you can mix it in a little water to drink to make it more palateable) to balance pH levels in the stomach and aid in stomach lining health to prevent GERD.
Eat as many raw, uncooked natural foods as possible such as: seeds, nuts, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Cooking removes nutrients from that food.
Stop Eating Junk foods that degenerate your cells-These include all overcooked, sugar and salt laden processed foods from a factory or irradiated foods.
Get more oxygen around your body because oxygen is the prime source of health and energy in your body. Just sitting down and expecting oxygen to get around your body is useless. Try walking at least 60 minutes at a fast pace every day, or jump up and down on the spot or wave your arms and legs around if you cannot walk. Just do it until your heart beats fast and then for 20 minutes longer.
Cleanse at least twice yearly with a Herbal Cleanse to recover and heal your digestive system and Herbal Formula to help rebuild your liver and kidneys (both critical for lung health).
