Staff’s Recommendation: Awarding a contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for construction of the Bellevue Road and Santa Fe Drive Intersection Improvements, Project No. 09-7, Bid Call No. 640-10 to Granite Construction, of French Camp, California in the amount of $105,734.10 and; authorizing the Mayor to execute the contract agreement on behalf of the City.
a) Establishing Employer-Employee Relations Procedures
Staffs Recommendation: Adoption of Resolution No. 2581-10 establishing Employer-Employee Relations Procedures.
b) Change in designated officers of the Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF)
Staff’s Recommendation: Adoption of Resolution No. 2580-10 and Resolution No. ARA 2010-9 authorizing a change in designated officers for the Local Agency Investment Fund.
Approval of Gas Utility Easement located at Veterans Park Staff’s Recommendation: Approval of dedication of gas utility Easement to-West Coast Gas Incorporated and; authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute the Easement on behalf of the City.
