Tuesday’s night’s guest on Coast to Coast AM was William J. Birnes, host of the History Channel’s ‘UFO Hunters”. His list of accomplishments includes numerous TV movies, documentaries, research projects and books, including “Aliens in America: A UFO Hunter’s Guide to Extraterrestrial Hotspots Across the U.S.”
Birnes is off the charts when it comes to researching UFO sightings and alien abduction cases. He starts off the hour discussing Betty and Barney Hill, the first reported cases of alien abduction. But then he quickly moves on to the topic of disclosure.
Disclosure seems to be the keyword these days and the main topic of conversation among UFO enthusiasts. When will the United States government finally admit that UFOs are out there – they’ve BEEN out there for 50 or 60 years – and when will they let us see all of their evidence they’ve accumulated and stashed out of our reach?
According to Birnes, he doesn’t think the U.S. Government will ever be forthcoming with information on UFOs and alien visitations. He has 3 reasons he believes this will never happen:
With everything else that’s going on in this country right now, why would the President want to saddle himself with more responsibility by saying something he doesn’t really have to say?
All you have to do is say that ETs are real and Birnes states it will be like opening a ‘cosmic Watergate.” Every person who’s ever been abducted, anyone who’s ever seen a UFO, every pilot who’s ever been involved in an incident, will have to have their say, too.
We don’t need the U.S. Government to tell us it’s true. So many people in high places have revealed so much information over the years that we don’t need the government to step up now. Disclosure already started happening back when Roswell occurred.
Birnes and George agree – we’ll never see the day when Obama stands flanked by two aliens. They also agree that aliens have been around a lot longer than 1947. According to Birnes the Earth has been populated, invaded, even infested, by various forms of alien intelligence and alien beings for literally tens of thousands of years. There are peopled working in the government who are either hybrid aliens or aliens themselves and they’ve been manipulating the human race since we first crawled out of the primordial soup.
Birnes says that more and more people are coming forward every day to recount their UFO experiences. He also believes the media is giving these reports much more attention now than they did in the past because it’s a money maker for them. UFOs, alien abductions – all of these topics are hot among today’s web surfers and they generate big bucks for the websites that report the stories.
It’s really a vicious circle. The people come forward with their stories because they can now get the newspapers to listen to them. The newspapers listen because it helps sell advertising. He says the motto used to be – “If it bleeds, it leads” and now the motto is – “If it hovers, we cover it!”
When asked by a caller why the UFO Hunters show was cancelled, Birnes said it was because they were studying animal mutilations in the Colorado area of the country. They had come across a cow that had been mutilataed but it still had a fetus inside. And that fetus’ had the head of a human and the body of a cow.
Birnes says that show was cancelled because they had gone from giving their audience a show filled with possibilities and speculation to showing them something cold and concrete. Something that the higher ups that had control over that project didn’t want the public to know about.
During his 3 hours on the show Birnes discusses Roswell and Area 51, Betty and Barney Hill, the 1950 Del Rio UFO crash, the 1962 Las Vegas UFO crash and possible solutions for some of the more interesting UFO conspiracies currently making their way around the internet.
