Sunny Anderson’s “How’d That Get On My Plate?”
Premiering in July 2008, “How’d That Get On My Plate?” is a Food Network television series. Hosted by Sunny Anderson, the Food Network show investigates how various foods are produced from their rawest form to their finished state, and features visits to food production factories throughout the United States.
Food Network’s PB & J Thumbprints
Sunny Anderson’s Holiday PB & J Thumbprints are a cross between Peanut Butter Blossoms Cookies (the cookies with Hershey Kisses in them), and Jam Filled Thumbprints—and just as easy! Peanut butter, brown sugar, butter (of course), egg, flour, and vanilla, mixed and rolled into balls and dipped in sugar. Just like the traditional Christmas Thumbprint Cookies recipe, Sunny Anderson’s PB & J Thumbprints get a spoon of strawberry jam (or any jam you prefer) plopped in the middle and baked. The only difference between the two, is that hers is made with Peanut Butter Blossom cookie dough. This is the best way to have your peanut butter and jelly sandwich—rolled in sugar and baked!
