Area of low pressure will develop near the Texas Panhandle on Friday and move to a position off the South Carolina coast by Sunday morning. This low will rapidly deepen and move to off the Delaware coast by Monday morning. This low will bring rain and snow to the area beginning on Christmas Day and will likely change over to all snow by Saturday night into Sunday with some accumulations likely.
