In the last few years, model/Playmate turned actress, Jenny McCarthy has been quite the busy bee. When she is not appearing onscreen, McCarthy can be seen promoting autism research and awareness along with writing books. Mother of nine year old Evan (diagnosed with autism), Jenny has tackled many industries. Now, she is heading to the world of interior design with her new line of baby home furnishings, Too Good.
“Too Good by Jenny brings affordable, non-toxic juvenile products to mainstream customers with the highest regard for safety, health and enjoyment.”
Available at Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and Baby Depot, Too Good offers eco-friendly solutions for the nursery. The collection is composed of ordinary prints that you would find in a baby’s room (flowers and polka dots for girls, sports for boys). Jenny’s line does do a pretty good job of using natural and hypoallergenic materials throughout the collection. We did find a couple pieces made from polyester (synthetic material created with chemicals).
All in all, the line is okay…but nothing we have not seen before. If you are a design savvy shopper looking for innovative prints and patterns, this collection may not be for you. If however, you are a parent looking for eco-friendly pieces at an affordable price…Too Good may be good for you! What are your thoughts on the line?
