We don’t get nearly enough opportunities to talk about Community star Alison Brie here at Comedy Examiner HQ. Oh, sure, we run an article berating foamcage.com’s readers for not watching Community more often just about every other day, but only infrequently do those tirades against poor TV-watching habits include a mention of this glorious comedic actress. Did we say “Glorious”? I meant “Ridiculously Sexy”. Anyway, keep on reading, my gentle Examiner readers…
Community is, without a doubt, the best comedy currently airing on NBC. That may well change when Parks and Rec makes its triumphant return later next month, but for the time being the award goes to Dan Harmon’s hilarious community college-set sitcom. Didja happen to see Community‘s Christmas episode? No? Of course you didn’t; you don’t watch Community, which I’ve begged you to do on about fifteen different occasions.
Aaanyway, we’ve gathered here today not to talk about Community but one of its stars. Specifically, we’re here to talk about Alison Brie, who stars alongside Danny Pudi, Donald Glover, Chevy Chase, the lead actress who’s not nearly as hot as Alison Brie (or funny, I regretfully inform you) and Joel McHale on the series. We love Alison Brie here at Comedy Examiner HQ– seriously, love her, have an altar built for worshipping her, have successfully avoided being arrested for going through her trash on numerous occasions, all of that– and as such, we have an Alison Brie-related video to show you.
If you click the video box over there on the left, you’ll find a clip (which we discovered thanks to the resident gentleman-scholar Matt Ufford at Warming Glow, where you should be going for all your TV-related news) of Community actress Alison Brie singing “Santa Baby” while dressed in full-blown “slutty Christmas” regalia. It’s the most mind-blowingly awesome thing that you’re going to see in the next five minutes, so grab a glass of eggnog, a candycane, or some other Christmas-related prop and enjoy the show.
