Have you see beautiful wood countertops and wish you could have one? Well, now you can. Craft-Art, Inc., manufacturer of custom-built wood islands and countertops sold exclusively through its network of kitchen and bath distributors, has introduced a direct-to-consumer line of cutting boards made of the same high quality wood species as its line of countertops–just in time for the holiday gift giving.
For the first time in the history of Craft-Art, Inc., consumers have the opportunity to buy an exquisite wooden cutting board directly from the manufacturer through its Web site, www.craft-art.com. These cutting boards will not be available in any Chicago area retailer, but can only be purchased online through Craft-Art at its Web site.
Cutting boards are available in two sizes, 12 x 12 inches and 12 x 18 inches, and two thicknesses, 1-1/4-inches and 1-3/4 inches. Consumers have a choice of five different species of wood including Walnut, American Cherry, Maple, Sapele, similar to mahogany, and Brazilian Cherry. Each cutting board has a hand-rubbed beeswax finish and solid wood feet that will not damage even delicate surfaces.
The price of the 1-1/4-inch thick 12 x 12-inch board is $40 and the 12 x 18-inch board is $55. The cost of the 1-3/4-inch thick 12 x 12-inch board is $50 and the 12 x 18-inch board is $65.
For an additional $12, consumers can choose to have their board laser-etched with a monogram consisting of up to three letters.
Every cutting board order is specially gift packaged and includes a bottle of Craft-Art Private Label Beeswax Board Moisturizer to keep the board looking beautiful for years to come.
Cutting boards can also be personalized with company logos or the name of a favorite sports team. To order one or more cutting boards with this option, consumers should call Craft-Art’s customer service department at 404-352-5625.
Shipping is fast. Orders, even orders for a monogrammed cutting board, generally ship two days after the receipt of the order. Boards that are personalized with a logo may require additional production time.
