On Thursday, Dec. 2 John R. Patterson will present “Imaginative Service” at the Dallas Fort Worth American Marketing Association’s (DFW AMA) Small-Medium Business Special Interest Group (SIG) meeting at 6 p.m. at AMS Pictures in Dallas, Texas.
Patterson will speak to small to medium business owners and operators on how imaginative service creates devoted customers based on his best-selling book Take Their Breath Away. This session will focus on how to help businesses combat customer resistance to price during these challenging economic times and will highlight approaches companies have successfully used to manage customer experiences. Patterson will provide ideas and insights for all who want to create a stunning, mind blowing customer experience.
Patterson will also speak about his real-time consulting experience and research used for his book and how a company can use his methods in a practical manner. Attendees will leave learning that the key to a successful enterprise is value added service, but the secret to great customer service is surprising customers with a value-unique experience.
