Sun block is one of those necessities that you need when you plan on playing in your outdoor playground. There are so many different kinds of sunscreen/sun block that inundates the shelves at store that sometimes you just grab the most convenient one. Here’s a wise suggestion for you if you’re looking for top quality sun block: Doc Martin’s of Maui sun block.
This is an excellent sun block that is “mega” waterproof, doesn’t need to be reapplied, and will not get in your eyes if you sweat. This isn’t your ordinary “run-of-the-mill” sunscreen. Doc Martin’s is the result of over six years of product development. Maui dermatologist, Dr. George M. Martin, M.D. worked with surfers, windsurfers, cyclists, tennis, golf players and other outdoorsmen during product development. The result of all this hard work and dedication brought forth some of the most “significant advances in sunscreen technology in years”. It is a superior sun block due to the fact that it has a unique agent that bonds directly to the skin, and this creates an armor of protection from the damaging rays of the sun.
Doc Martin’s was perfect while climbing in Moab, Utah. Utah is known for being desert land. Moab heat can be pretty intense when you’re engaging in outdoor recreation. You want to protect yourself with a good sun block while you’re out scaling the walls.
Doc Martin’s performed beautifully while out climbing. Just the approach to some of the climbs in Moab causes one to break into a sweat, and we all know how annoying it can be to get sun block in the eyes. It’s a double whammy for contact lens wearers. Not only will your eyes sting, but the contacts get all cloudy as well. It also doesn’t help if you have stinging eyes while trying to find a good foot or hand hold.
After several hours of climbing and quite a bit of sweating, the sun block was still going strong. Even after dousing in water to cool off a few times, Doc Martin’s didn’t have to be reapplied. It was so nice not having to worry about reapplying every couple of hours. Many of us have a tendency to forget about reapplying and we end up getting burned. This definitely was not the case with Doc Martin’s of Maui.
So if you want to save a little money and not have to buy bottle after bottle of sunscreen, Doc Martin’s is a great way to go. It also doesn’t hurt that it provides both UVA and UVB protection, is non-toxic, PABA-free, hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog pores) and greaseless. And you most likely won’t find any other sunscreen out there that will last you all day without reapplication even if you sweat or go swimming.
Don’t take my word for it. Get some from their Web site and try it out for yourself. While you’re at it, enter in promocode spy10 to get 10% off your purchase while checking out.
