I love the sound ( much less the taste) of a white chocolate cake, creamsicle eclairs, apricot-praline jam, and roasted -banana-and-chocolate preserves. Behind the twenty seat Tell Tale , chef William Werner, baker extraordinaire of the wonderful fondants, pavlovas, and panna cotta on the menus at Quince and the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay. Out of state fans can sign up for the Tell Tale Society, a $ 35 monthly subscription to a ribbon-tied sack filled with Fresh Patries, preserves, confections and savory breads.
They will make Society Bag every monday. Orders are placed by midnight on ( PST) Friday, will go out the following Tuesday Via Fedex or will be available the following Tuesday at our Farmer’s market Stand.
