The following are the unedited and as yet uninvestigated reports filed with MUFON. All information is taken from the public portion of the MUFON witness reporting database, so city names are often not mentioned for privacy purposes. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If MUFON investigates and reports back on any of these cases, I will release an update.
Two Florida witnesses near the Palmetto Expressway/SR-826 about 8:15 p.m. on November 17, 2010, watched two “very bright star-like objects moving north-north-west parallel to each other” in MUFON Case # 26663. “They were blinking vividly and plusatingly and in unison across the sky and moving quite fast in a straight line. At first we assumed they were GPS or telecom satellites because they were definitely artificial. But they were not moving in the direction in which satellites are supposed to move, nor are two satellites usually seen simultaneously. Nor do satellites blink.”
A Michigan witness recalls an incident from September 19, 2001, during the time after the September 11 events when only military aircraft were flying, in MUFON Case # 26658. While watching a military aircraft, the witness also saw three “triangle-shaped forms” move in behind the military aircraft. “As they follow behind the military jet, they move up, down and left to right in unison and then hovered motionless for a few seconds. The three aircraft then followed directly behind the plane for a few more seconds before they dropped in altitude and shot off to the east so rapidly, that they vanished in a matter of a couple seconds. Gone!”
A Texas witness was looking into the southern sky on November 18, 2010, and noticed four red lights in a triangle shape while observing planes in the sky at the same time in MUFON Case # 26652.
An Oklahoma witness spotted a bright light in the sky with a blue tint on November 17, 2010, in MUFON Case # 26651. Looking through binoculars, “It appeared almost ball-like and the light was eminating out of about 2/3 of the top towards the back of the craft at a upwards angle.”
An Illinois witness got a brief look at an object in the sky in a triangular shape that “looked almost like it was tipped to the side slightly” on November 18, 2010, in MUFON Case # 26650.
A North Carolina witness had a daylight sighting of an object described as a “small cone shape” on September 9, 2010, in MUFON Case # 26647. “I seen that it slowly moved left to right, then up and down, maintaining the same speed through out, no sound.” The witness hears of a similar report from North Carolina with the same object description in a UFO Traffic Report.
A California witness familiar with local air traffic watched a wingless object move across the sky on November 18, 2010, in MUFON Case # 26646. “It was bright white, and looked segmented (long white section, then a small grey section, white section, grey section, long white section), kind of like a centipede), and it flew in a straight line. When I first sighted the object, it was already pretty far away, and yet in the sky it was the size of a dime (which makes me estimate it was at least the size of a football field). And it was traveling at a high rate of speed. In no more than 5 seconds the object was completely gone.”
